Railway Rivals / Dampfross

The following are "official" PBT rulings that have come up at past tournaments. In all cases, the Puffing Billy conductor is the one who makes final decisions regarding rules clarifications.

Rules

For purposes of tournament play, all players are allowed one free build turn after the first race has been run.

The game should be played to 200 points or $200,000.
